Course
- GPS Location - N44 17.834 W78 18.048. If you have a Garmin unit, you can download this file of Waypoints for every race venue. Simply transfer it to your Garmin and they will show up in your favorites list
- Aquasphere Swim - Two Loop swim in Lake Beavermead (Half) - One loop for the Sprint
- BlackBerry Bike - Scenic, challenging course, through the majestic Kawartha's (Long Course Bike) (Sprint Bike)
- Merrell Run - New courses, more shade and more park - (Long Course Run) (Sprint Run)
- Half Aid Stations - There is a bottle exchange station (water and Gatorade) on the bike that you pass out and back, so there are 2 chances to fuel-up on the bike. On the run, there are 5 stations that you pass twice, so 10 aid stations. The run will have Gatorade, water, Pepsi, PowerBars and PowerGels. But it's still a good idea to carry your favorite bars or gels to make sure your nutritional requirements are met.
