Throughout the season you have the ability to accumulate points at each Subaru Triathlon Series event. If you place 1st to 15th in your 5 year age group (Try a Tri’s excluded), you will earn points. Those who compete in 5 or more events in the Series are eligible to win title of “Series Age Group Champion”. The more points you have the better! But please remember that you must do 5 races to be eligible! To celebrate, you will be invited to the year end banquet, win a plaque and prize for your accomplishments. Good Luck!
In 2007 the races listed below will be based on 150 points instead of the usual 100.
- Victoria's Duathlon = 150 points (ODS)
- Muskoka Long Course and Peterborough Half Ironman = 150 points (OTS, ODS)
- Guelph Lake 1 Olympic Duathlon = 150 points (ODS)
- Owen Sound Olympic Triathlon and Duathlon = 150 points (OTS, ODS)
- Niagara Triathlon = 150 points (OSS)
- Orillia Triathlon = 150 points (OSS)
