Refund Policy: Please make sure that you will be able to be there on the day you are registering for because... refunds are for medical reasons only: 50% refunded 4 weeks prior to race. Absolutely no refunds for any reason within 4 weeks of any race. Races are non-transferable from person to person - no exceptions! No refunds for switching from Tri to Du due to water temperature or high pollution counts but you will be allowed to switch to the duathlon. No refunds if event is cancelled due to inclement weather.

Online Registration Fee: Varies depending on the total amount of overall purchase. Details on form.

Triathlon Canada Members (formerly known as OAT)
will not be required to pay the $6 OAT one day membership. Must have a 2012 valid membership. Numbers will be verified before race weekend. Any fraudulent claims will be charged a $10 penalty plus $6 one day fee. If you become an OAT member AFTER paying for your race WEC does not refund the $6 fee.

Late Fees: There is a $10 late fee when registering later than the Tues the week prior to any of our races. There is a $15 late fee when registering on site during race weekend and no Triathlon Canada Memberships will be discounted. All fees also will have taxes added.


Relays: one person will act as the CAPTAIN and submit  and pay for the TEAM registration. The captain will be issued a code and distribute to the remaining partners. Partners will then be able to go only to submit their information and complete their waiver without further payment. If Team Captain is an OAT member a $6 discount will apply.

Race TransfersAthletes have always appreciated our transfer policy as an option:

1) There will be a $10.00 administrative fee plus applicable taxes and fees
2) If the race you wish to transfer to is greater in price, you will have to pay the difference but the $10 administrative fee will not apply.
3) No changes will be made after the Wednesday before a race
4) Any transfer between races must be completed in 2012
5) if you transfer to a less expensive event the difference will not reimbursed.
