  • Late Registration Fee is charged if you are entering 2 weeks or less, prior to any race.
  • If you are entering on Race Weekend, add $5 to the Late Registration Fee.  Kids Fun Runs are $10 regardless of when you register (ie- no late fees!)

  • Race Kit Pick-Up - 7:00 am - 8:15 am (Race morning only)
  • Duathlon Race Start - 8:30 am
  • Family 1Km Fun Run Start: after du finished
  • Course Closed - 11:30pm

  • Post-Race Party - 10:30am

Course (2007 map)

  • New run route for 2007 is similar to previous years but incorporates more trails.  The bike course is approximately 700m shorter than previous years.

Directions (map)

  • QEW Niagara, across Garden City Skyway. Take NOTL exit 38b.  Follow to York Rd, turn left.  At the next intersection (Airport Rd) turn right.  Follow until Regional Road 55, then turn right and follow Regional Road 55 approximately 9km until John St.  Turn right.  Race site is on John St, 1.5km on the left
