  • Please note: Try-A-Tri athletes and spectators will NOT be able to leave the park between 9:45am and 10:30am while the Sprint bikes are heading out.  Please make note of this and plan accordingly.

  • Late Registration Fee is charged if you are entering 2 weeks or less, prior to any race.
  • If you are entering on Race Weekend, add $5 to the Late Registration Fee.

All participants must be in the park by 8:30 am.  If you are not in the park by 8:30am you will get held up at the gate.  Follow parking signs and enter the front gate.  Athletes park entrance fee is covered but spectators must pay own entrance fee.

  • Race Kit Pick-Up - 7:00 am - 8:30 am
  • Chariot Try-A-Tri - 8:30 am
  • Triathlon - 9:45 am
  • Duathlon - 10:00 am
  • Awards - 1:45 pm
  • Post-Race Party - 10:30 am - 1:30 pm

Course

  • GPS Location - N43 30.547 W79 56.454.  If you have a Garmin unit, you can download this file of Waypoints for every race venue.  Simply transfer it to your Garmin and they will show up in your favorites list.
  • Aquasphere Swim - in Lake Kelso. A wetsuit is highly recommended for this time of year.
  • Bike Course -  a challenging fast course.
  • Merrell Run - a mix of road and cross country, fast on the way back
