Sprint Duathlon ~ 4K- 30K- 4K

Both the bike and run courses take place over rolling terrain. The run courses are a simple out and back, with the trip out being mostly uphill and the return trip, therefore, being mostly downhill. The second run is a repeat of the first run. The bike is also a simple out and back course with rolling hills. Nothing too difficult but a good challenge none the less.

Sprint Duathlon Relay ~ 4K -30K- 4K

The RELAY option is an excellent way to get involved in the sport without having to do it all! The course you compete on will be the very same as the Duathlon but the difference is you get to split the work between you and a friend or family member! Each athlete takes one or two of the disciplines and it magically doubles your fun! Each athlete is entitled to all the perks(race kit, food, water, cool technical tee etc). Every athlete on your team should be present to sign their waivers and pick up the race kit on race weekend. All relay teams start in the last wave of the race. That way you know where your competition is at all times! It should be noted that the TEAM shares ONE timing chip. The timing chip acts as the exchange baton like you would see at a relay running race. The runner begins the race with the chip on their ankle. The biker waits at the RELAY bike rack and once the first runner returns the chip can then be exchanged there. The same will happen for the second run portion once the biker returns.
