Place: The Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Center. This is the staging ground for the race. Also located right on site is the Best Western Hotel for your convenience.

- Kids of Steel Duathlon - 8 and under- Run 500 m, Bike 3km, run 500 km 10-14 yrs Run 1km, 6km bike, 1km run .

Directions
- From GTA- 1 hr 45 min from the north end of the 410 in Brampton to the race site. Take Hwy #10 north to Chatsworth. Continue on hwy 6 and 10 to Owen Sound which turns to 9th Avenue East. Make a left on 10th St East (Tim Horton's) and go down the hill. Make a right on 3rd Ave East (KFC) and travel North to the race site.
- from Barrie- 1 hr 30 min from Georgian Mall to the race site. Follow hwy #26 to Owen sound which turns into 16th street East. Follow 6th Ave East around the bend and go down the hill to a "T" intersection. Make a right turn heading north on 3rd Ave East to the race site.
- from Kincardine- 1 hr. Follow highway 21 to Owen Sound which becomes 10th St. Cross the bridge in downtown Owen Sound and make a left at 3rd Ave East (KFC) and travel north to the race site.
